I've had this song reverberating through my soul for months and now I can finally set it free.
Written to support the Civil Rights Movement, the powerful lyrics that inspired this artwork symbolize freedom and equality. Hope and resiliance in the face of adversity. Resistance. Fresh starts, second chances, and new beginnings. Remission and recovery. Rebirth. Taking a stand against injustice. Discovering your inner strength.
We are once again faced with a time when we must stand up and raise our voices together against hate and intolerance.
The message in this song rings true to anyone who is a survivior, overcoming tragedy and arising once more. Whatever difficulties you face, know that you can do this. You were only waiting for this moment to arise.
