Thoughts at 3 a.m. When someone asks, "How are you?" your simple answer "i'm fine" hides an iceberg of emotions, thoughts, and burdens with those little words that mean anything but what they say. In time we can become comfortably numb.

I'm fine...How are you?

No one else can see what's beneath the surface. Feel deeply. Love through loss and hardship. It's OK to not feel fine. Know that you don't need to bear it alone.
