This artwork series is based upon vintage US patent drawings of ingenious and notable inventions, in this case, a 1911 transmission patent by Henry Ford. One of the great innovators in American history, Henry Ford incorporated this patent and several others in the Model T automobile. (This patent artwork is available in a variety of styles.)
